Her fluency in design as well as technology puts her in a sweet spot, but she remains driven by the insatiable desire to deliver remarkable customer experiences. Molly has special expertise and deep industry knowledge in real estate, proptech and fintech. She is a 2023 and 2024 Inman Marketing All-Star, a previous long-time Ambassador, was identified as one of the Top 100 Influencers in Real Estate, and won the RISMEDIA 2022 Newsmaker Award as a Trendsetter.

Shelly brings 35 years experience as a media executive, leader, creative director, and brand strategist. She led a start-up R&D unit for a trailblazing media organization, spearheaded teams that pioneered technical innovations and digital products, developed original programming for streaming, broadcast and podcast, and built award-winning creative teams for NBC, CBS and FOX television affiliates. She’s been honored with 17 MidSouth Regional Emmy awards, 6 national PROMAX awards, 2 national Telly awards, and a regional Edward R. Murrow Award.
